Joe Milazzo is a writer, editor, educator and designer. His writings have appeared in Antennae, H_NGM_N, The Collagist, Drunken Boat, Black Clock, and elsewhere. Along with fellow Writing Program alumni Janice Lee and Eric Lindley, he edits the online interdisciplinary arts journal [out of nothing]. He is the author of the chapbook The Terraces (Das Arquibancadas) (Little Red Leaves Textile Series, 2012); contributor to the anthologies Dirty : Dirty (Jaded Ibis, 2013) and Conversations At The Wartime Cafe: A Decade Of War, 2001 – 2011 (WODV, 2011); Co-editor of the anthology theoretical perspectives on the substance preceding [nothing] ([out of nothing], 2012); and the proprietor of Imipolex Press. Joe currently teaches creative writing and literary appreciation in both formal and informal settings throughout the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex. His debut novel, Crepuscule W/ Nellie is forthcoming, Fall 2014, from Jaded Ibis Productions, and his debut poetry collection The Habiliments is forthcoming from Apostrophe Books in Fall 2014, or Winter 2015.
